With the development of industry, the wide-use of energy and the increase of demandis very important for the company to reduce the amount of pollutants at the very beginningof the production. This paper takes the technical improvements of Shunda Metal MaterialCo., LTD. as an example to study the technology with common features of energy-savingand emission-reduction of renewable lead smelter. Author tried to optimize the technologyin order to make the energy-saving and emission-reduction of the industrial stovescontrollable. It is mainly to solve the optimization of kiln body structure, recycling of heatand optimization of combustion system. In the study author chooses the productionmanagement mode which is low-energy-consumption and low-pollution.This paper carryout some relevant experiment reform to realize energy-saving and emission-reductionconnecting with the practice of the company. The major measures for energy-saving andemission-reduction is as follows:1. Optimization of combustion system: According to the actual situation of ShundaMetal Material Co., LTD. in Taihe,the optimization of a smelt smelting furnace combustionsystem mainly in two steps: First, increase the amount of oxygen-rich device, raising theoxygen content of the air blower into the drum furnace, to improve the combustionefficiency.Second, waste heat utilization means the installation of waste heat exchanger atthe end of the melting furnace, the measured temperature of the end of the melting furnaceflue is800~1200℃,through the installation of the heat exchanger preheat blower airblown into the furnace,reducing energy waste, and further improve the combustionefficiency of the smelting furnace, to achieve the purpose of energy saving. Throughpractical measurement the system energy saving can be up to15%~25%after combustionsystem optimization.2. Transformation of furnace type: For the characteristics of the high flue gas tempera-ture, a smelting furnace which is identical with the original melting furnace is addedbehindthe original one.The furnaces are used alternately, heat from the one in front is used to meltPb in the back. The result of field measurements using the rectification experiment in the Center of Energy Conservation Supervision in Anhui Province shows that each tons of regeneration Pb need104.59kgce coal, lower than the national advanced level110kgce, and farless than321kilograms standard coal before modification.3. Flue gas desulfurization: Through the wet desulphurization experimental analysis andresearch,a new type of desulphurization and dust removal equipment, namely Bubbling tower desulfurization unit, was identified by experimental study and the resistance characteristic curve and the bubble desulfurization efficiency of the device was determine by small inspection.The results showed that using a certain amount of sodium hydroxide solution as the absorbing solution, adding a certain amount of vesicant, the desulfurization efficiencyof bubbling tower desulfurization unit can reach97.4%to98.6%.reach On this basis, to inTaihe County Shunda Metal Materials Co., Ltd. conducted a pilot, the desulfurization effi-ciency of pilot bubbling tower is89.8%to91.2%. Pilot experiments show that the bladderpore size and porosity in desulfurization equipment need to be further refined and improved...
