After welding in the weldment, welding residual deformation is verylarge. When welding, weldment in the various parts of the unevendistribution of temperature is the main reason leading to deformation ofwelded parts. To get a welding deformation of smaller pieces, welding heattransfer process must be controlled. Welding parameters directly affect theheat input during welding process, and welding residual stress anddeformation has a direct relationship. So the Study of welding parameters onhow to reduce welding deformation, has extremely important significance.Thesis studies the various welding parameters on the impact of weldquality and heat input. The welding current and welding voltage and weldingspeed has a direct impact on the welding process parameters for welding heatinput. To predict the welding deformation of weldments, the temperature&stress field which generated by the welding process, and deformation afterwelding are simulated by using ANSYS. Selected welding current, weldingspeed and welding torch deviate from the center of eccentric value as theresearch object, designed experiment scheme by using orthogonal design, carried out experiment scheme and optimized welding parameters. Theinfluence of fix location of fixture for welding deformation is studiedsimultaneously. Studies have shown that welding parameter and fix locationof fixture has a significant effect on welding deformation. Compared withfinite element analysis, test results matches ANSYS’.
