Oxyfuel combustion technology is an energy-efficient combustion technology,which have a lot of applications both in the glass industry, metallurgy industry and thefield of thermal engineering. Oxyfuel combustion technology can improve the flametemperature and the blackness, accelerate the burning rate, promote combustion safety,reduce the ignition temperature of fuel, the burnout time, the excess air ratio and theamount of burned gas after combustion.This article worked out a oxygen production devices. Trial use of the devices helpanalyze such factors as pressure, temperature and recovery that will affect theconcentration and flow of oxygen enrichment gas. The experimental data show that:the concentration of oxygen enrichment gas can reach about30%; with the increasesof pressure,the flow of oxygen enrichment gas increases; with the increase ofrecovery, the concentration of oxygen enrichment gas decreases; with a significantincrease in temperature the flow of oxygen enrichment gas increases, theconcentration of oxygen-rich gas decreases.We worked out another oxygen production devices. The experimental data showthat: The concentration of oxygen enrichment gas can reach about90%; with thepressure of volume increases;the flow and concentration of oxygen enrichment gasincreases;with the increase of the temperature, the flow of oxygen enrichment gasincreases, the concentration of oxygen enrichment gas decreases; with the decrease ofthe adsorption time,the concentration of oxygen enrichment gas increases,therecovery decreases.We choose suitable coal samples and make the oxygen-enrichment combustiontests in the thermogravimetric apparatus. Oxygen concentration has a very large effecton the TG and DTG curves of coal samples; with the increase of oxygenconcentration, all the TG and DTG curves move to the low temperature region, thecoal sample ignition temperature and burn out temperature showed a downward trend,ahead of the ignition time, burning time; maximum weight loss rate increases andmove towards the low temperature region; the reactivity of coal sample enhanced.
