| This paper introduced the energy consumption composition of SSTPC1,000KTA Ethylene Plant and the calculation method of energy consumption in ethyleneindustry. By means of analyzing and comparing a large amount of collectedproduction data, some key parts consuming great energy in normal condition as wellas the energy-saving management of SSTPC Ethylene Plant were emphaticallyintroduced through the combination of theory and practice. Energy-saving andconsumption-reduction measures taken by SSTPC management personnel oncracking feedstock, crackers, quench system and steam system were described indetail. Utmost effect has been made to reduce the energy consumption and improvethe whole operation level to realize the maximizing benefits of SSTPC. |
