In this paper, the technology process of the first catalytic cracking unit of SinopecLuoyang Corporation is introduced firstly, the necessity and importance of energysaving work is also elaborated. In order to complete GDP energy consumptionreduction target of the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan, the first catalytic crackingunit has been implemented the material optimization and supporting energy-savingtechnological transformation projects, it is not only further improve the yield of lightoil, but also reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of unit in effect.This topic from the daily management, energy saving, energy consumption analysisin three aspects of the First Catalytic Cracking Unit on energy-saving andconsumption-reducing work are analyzed and summarized.In the daily management, we through the measures of the product distributionoptimization, carrying out cost accounting analysis and energy consumption analysisregularly, reducing processing losses and doing well the economic use of water,electric, steam, air, union the existing equipment and technology together to mininglatent capacity and improve efficiency.By the opportunity of device capacity improving, switch to high efficiency trays,update equipment as much as possible with energy-saving equipment and othermeasures, as well as the implementation of high-load operation mode to reduce devicepower consumption.In the analysis of the effect of reconstruction through the comparison of energyconsumption before and after the transformation, the actual energy consumption withthe baseline energy consumption compared to confirm the transformation of theoutcome, and analyze the future direction of energy-saving and potential of thejudgment device. The data of the process simulation and field data analysis together,lay the foundation for process optimization.Research summary of this subject, fully aware of the importance of devicecalibration. It is not only true and reliable data for the analysis of product distributionand adjustment of product structure to guide the direction of the operationoptimization. And valuable practical experience in the work process analysis andimplementation of energy saving, so as to explore a more reasonable process,equipment layout and equipment selection provides a useful basis to effectivelypromote the development of the energy consumption analysis of theoretical studies and summarize, in order to provide a factual basis for the further amendments to thetheoretical formula or propose a more rational ideological and theoretical.Through the study of this subject, it makes us fully aware of the importance ofthe calibration device. It is not only provides reliable datas for the analysis of productdistribution and adjustment of product structure, guide direction of operatingoptimization, but also obtains valuable practical experience in the process of theanalysis and implementation of energy-saving and consumption-reducing work. Itprovides a good foundation on explore more rational technological process,equipment layout and equipment selection. It also effectively promoted thedevelopment of theoretical research on energy consumption analysis and summary, soas to further amend the theory formula or proposing a more reasonable theoryprovides a basis in fact.
