Fly ash zeolite powder is synthesized in laboratory environment, on the basis of thisprocess and adjustment of equipment and technological parameter,productive technology offly ash zeolite powder in pilot scale is studied.The optimum condition is:the alkali ash ratio is1.25,the calcining temperature is650℃,the calcining time is70min,the aging time is13h,thehydrothermal time is7h,the liquid solid ratio is10and the water volume of agitated reactor is2.5L/h.With fly ash zeolite powder in pilot scale production as granule molding object,it ismolded by using solid and liquid adhesives.In the synthesis process,the influence of variousfactors on the fly ash zeolite granule properties is studied by using the fly ash zeolite granuleadsorptive ratio of ammonia nitrogen in Baotou Steel tailing dam percolating water andcompression strength as scale standards.The phase,appearance feature,specific surfacearea,pore structure and microstructure of the fly ash zeolite granule can be analyzed byXRD,SEM,TEM,BET and BJH detecting method.The experimental result indicates that the optimum conditions of the fly ash zeolitegranule which is synthesized by solid adhesive is:the ratio of bentonite and zeolite is2:1,granule molding with gunite method by using coating machine, the calcining temperatureis500℃,the calcining time is10h; the optimum conditions of the fly ash zeolite granulewhich is synthesized by liquid adhesive is:the S dilution ratio of molecular sieve adhesive is5:2(the volume ratio of adhesive and water),solid liquid ratio is zeolitepowder:adhesive=100g:175ml, granule molding by using pelletizing machine,the dryingtemperature is80℃,the drying time is4h.The specific surface area of the fly ash zeolitegranule which is synthesized by using solid adhesive is78.60m2/g,the average aperture is3.415nm; The specific surface area of the fly ash zeolite granule which is synthesized byusing liquid adhesive is161.89m2/g,the average aperture is3.396nm, Because the averageaperture of the fly ash zeolite granule synthesized by the above two adhesive is bigger thanthe ion diameter of NH4+which is2.86nm, they are appropriate for the adsorption processingof ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater.In consideration of compression strength detection,adsorptive property of ammonia nitrogen detection,phase and structure detection,the propertyof the fly ash zeolite granule by using liquid adhesive is better than the fly ash zeolite granuleby using solid adhesive. Baotou Steel tailing dam percolating water is disposed with the fly ash zeolite granulewhich is synthesized by liquid adhesive by using absorption column.The experiment deviceinclude single stage experiment device and multilevel experiment device.Breakthroughexperiment,regeneration experiment and multilevel dynamic experiment are studied toprovide the relevant technical parameters for zeolite granule in the practical application ofwater treatment in future.For Baotou Steel tailing dam percolating water whose ammonianitrogen concentration is101.6mg/l, the adsorptive ratio of ammonia nitrogen in single stageis more than30%.The ammonia nitrogen concentration of discharge water is under10mg/lby using4adsorption stage.The saturation zeolite granule can be reused4times by usingregenerant of10%NaCl.
