With the rapid development of China’s urbanization, it also brings a large number ofconstruction waste. But the majority of our construction waste is to the landfills, which istremendous waste of resources. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is an analytical cyclemanagement tools of input and output of the whole process of the products or services, notonly a comprehensive analysis and assessment of construction waste treatment, and can alsoprovides a reliable basis for decision-making departments to formulate relevant policies.Of course, many cities have been import market mechanisms, just consider theenvironmental impact is not comprehensive. This article adds economic analysis, so theevaluation results can be implemented. In this article, on the basis of the research of life cycle assessment theory and wastetreatment technology,I create the evaluation model and use the model in TanglangMountain Construction Waste Industrial Park of Shenzhen. The system compares theeconomic costs and environmental load of the environmental park type of constructionwaste handling and direct landfill. The result is: construction waste utilization technologyhas a good economic benefits, unit construction waste disposal costs directly to landfilldecreased by1.646yuan; construction waste utilization and direct landfill unit function ofthe product life cycle of the total environmental load index of0.06487and0.280, theenvironmental load of construction waste processing less than direct landfill77.16%.Construction waste processing technology compared to direct landfill, not onlyproduce economic benefits, but also significantly reduce the environmental load, suitableto promote in our country.
