With the increasing number of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage discharge,municipal sewage sludge production is growing, so how to deal with the sludge effectivelybecome a pressing issue. Because the sludge dewatering can significantly reduce the sludgevolume, the development of the sludge dehydrating gets more and more attention. Comparedwith the traditional dehydrater, natural polymer dehydrating agent is non-toxic, efficient, easyto degrade and no secondary pollution. Therefore, further exploration and research of naturalpolymer dehydrating agent is very significant in the field of sludge treatment.On the basis of the existing preparation of natural polymer dehydrating and researchingon dewatering performance, two dehydrator was prepared by wood powder in this article, oneis wood powder modified cationic dehydrating agent, the other is wood powder modificationof amphoteric dewatering agent, whose Synthesis procession and parameters are determinedand optimized, and this two kinds of dehydration are used of sludge dewatering experiment,so that the performance of dehydrating agent is compared. The preparation and dehydrationmechanism of the two modified dehydrant were discussed, the following conclusions aredrawn by these experiments.1.The best synthetic process parameters of wood flour modified cationic dehydratingagent is that12grams of wood flour corresponding7mL ethanol dispersion, wood flour/NaOH (mass ratio) is2:1, alkalization temperature is50℃, alkalize time is30minutes, woodflour/etherification agent (weight ratio) is1.5:1, the etherification reaction temperature is40℃, the etherification reaction time is2hours. The best conditions of treatment sludgedewatering with the cation dehydrating agent dehydration is that pH=6~7, the amount of thedehydrating agent is2.5g/L, Stirring speed is200r/min, stirring time is10~15min, sludgeafter treatment, moisture content decreased from96.3%to88.3%, and the turbidity of theremoval water also decreased.2. The best synthetic process parameters of wood powder modified gender dehydrant isvery complex, for hydroxymethylation reaction, Wood flour/chloroacetic acid (mass ratio) is1:1, etherification reaction temperature is50℃, the etherification reaction time is1.5hours; For graft copolymerization reaction, the initiator accounts3%product weight for thehydroxymethyl, Wood flour/AM (mass ratio) is2:5, reaction time is2hours, the reactiontemperature is50℃;For Mannich, the molar ratio of CGAA (graft copolymer reactionproduct) and formaldehyde and diethylenetriamine (dimethylamino) is1:0.9:1, after joiningthe formaldehyde, the reaction temperature is50℃, the reaction time is1hour, after joiningthe the divinyl three amine (describes), the reaction temperature is50℃, the reaction time is3hour;For Gender dehydrant, pH=5~8, the amount of the dehydrating agent is3g/L,mixing speed is150~250r/min, mixing time is10min,standing time is6min, sludge aftertreatment, moisture content decreased from96.3%to88.3%, and the removal of turbidity ofthe water decreased. And the effect of dimethylamine and dehydrating agent is better than thediethylenetriamine type dehydrating agent.3.Wood flour modified cationic dehydrating agent and modified wood flour genderdehydrating agent have good dehydration of sludge, among them, the effect of cationdehydrating agent is better, and the application of gender dehydrant is more extensive.
