The method of synthesis reactive quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan assisted with Ultrasound Irradiation featured by time-saving and conservation-saving. Synthesis quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan which has certain antibacterial properties can increase the water-soluble and get a better antibacterial effect. The propose of this Subject research is the modification of chitosan assisted with Ultrasound Irradiation and improves the antibacterial, dyeing performance.First single factor experiment is utilized in the method of synthesis quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan and concentration of Isopropyl alcohol, the ratio of reactant, temperature, ultrasound power, reaction time are studied respectively. Based on the single factor experiment, the orthogonal experiments prove that optimal conditions are as follows:Volumetric ratio concentration of Isopropyl alcohol shall be15%, temperature is70℃, the molar ratio between GTA and chitosan is4and ultrasound frequency is80kw. Test its solubility and the degree of substitution. The analysis also shows that structure of chitosan is not changed by the FTIR.Second single factor experiment is utilized in the method of synthesis reactive quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan and the ratio of reactant, temperature, and ultrasound power, are studied respectively. Based on the single factor experiment, the orthogonal experiments prove that optimal conditions are as follows:temperature is70℃, the molar ratio between NMA and HTCC is3:1, the time is1h and ultrasound frequency is80kw. Test its solubility and degree of substitution, and the content of double bonds. The analysis also shows that structure of chitosan is not changed by the FTIR.The optimum molar weight of chitosan is studied per dyes. The result of K/S reveals that as for reactive brilliant orange K-7R, the best weight is2g and the best dyeing effect can be reached when finished agent ratio is100%. The minimum antibacterial concentrations in NMA-HTCC are6to8times lower than in HTCC. The bacteriostatic rates in NMA-HTCC are3to4times higher than in HTCC. After40 times washing the antibacterial durability of NMA-HTCC is still remain at75%, this effect is relatively high.Zhao Hang (Textile Chemistry&Engineering of Dyeing and Finishing) Directed by Professor Wang Chen...
