It has become the key enrollment which were used in outburst prevented inregional bands of coal seam that how to improve the permeability of coal seam toensure gas draining effective to meet the requirements of outburst prevented. Blasting inlong-hole to improve permeability could got a good effect.Doing researches on dynamite works and blasting to crush in blasting in long-holethrough the theoretical analysis, LS-DYNA numerical simulation and the blastingexperiment, and analysis the geological structure, type of damage and the feature ofpermeability in coal seam, testing the determination of coal seam gas content andoriginal pressure, observing and analyzing the gas extraction effect at none-blastingzone; Theory analysis the applicability of various permeability increasing technology,research the feasibilities, problems and solutions in permeability increasing in regionalbands of soft coal seam which include the leather, the radius, the dosage of the dynamite,the coupling and the way to explosive; Doing the experiment of blasting in long-hole inthe special work face33071in Hebi4thmine to test the permeability increasing effectand research the parameters used in controlling blasting. According to the testconditions and the problems existing in the test, refining the very technology to improvepermeability and gas draining in regional bands of soft coal seam.Accomplish the technology research on blasting in long-hole to improvepermeability in regional bands of soft coal seam and ensure the permeability hasimproved more than three times. Taking technology research on the very geologicalstructure conditions of gas draining and permeability increasing in regional bands ofcoal seam, exploring new technology to improve gas extraction rate and the regionalbands gas outburst prevention effect.
