The Wulunshan coal mine in Guizhou is a prominent mine,and the coal seam is characterized by high adsorption and low permeability.The difficulty of gas drainage,which limits the driving speed of coal roadway heading face,is a very important problem.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of increasing the permeability of coal seam,strengthening the effect of gas drainage,increasing the driving speed of coal roadway and eliminating the outburst danger.This paper finished the work determination in 1805 working face of Wall-E,gas permeability coefficient,gas content and other parameters,in the process of coal seam parameter quantization,can make qualitative conclusions on the properties of coal seam,the seam identification of the heading face with low permeability and high adsorption properties.Analysis and Research on theoretical knowledge of blasting technology of deep hole presplitting,understand the principle of deep hole presplitting blasting,and clear the detonation energy and stress wave and detonation gas,coal seam gas and control hole and other factors on the coal seam crack propagation,energy propagation research of blasting process,coal production range of fractrure conditions and the crack propagation,and provide a theoretical basis for design scheme through increasing.The establishment of ANSYS/LS-DYNAblasting antireflection model,in order to control the blasting holes with different hole spacing,analysis of blasting stress wave propagation,coal blasting crack and fracturing of extended range,according to the simulation results,determination of blasting parameters test,optimization Yunshun deep hole pre splitting blasting driving face implementation process the program in 1805.According to the comprehensive comparison of the three models,it is found that the effect of coal seam permeability is best when the spacing is about 5 meters.Provide accurate parameters and theoretical basis for the development of field engineering test plan.On site test of deep hole pre splitting blasting in the 1805 heading face.Blasting effect.In the coal seam permeability increase,according to the scene 1805 Yunshun drift,making the outburst prevention measures(borehole drilling + + lane to help local outburst drilling),and the working face of outburst prevention effect test.Collect 1805 Yunshun drift in blasting antireflection after April excavation.It is concluded that the deep hole pre splitting blasting technology for outburst elimination effect of high adsorption and low permeability coal seam was effectively avoided headingface gas accidents,and realize the production status of fast driving.
