FDFCC-Ⅲ technology is developed for producing the low-alkene catalyticgasoline and increasing the output of propylene. The technology which isbased on the conventional catalysis cracking unit, adopts the design ofdual-riser, dual-regenerator, and dual-dephlegmator and the specialequipments. It is awarded multi-patents of the nation, has independentintellectual property and achieves the international advanced standard.In June,2008, the transformation of FDFCC in FCC-Ⅱ unit SINOPEC LuoyangCompany was finished. The technology had the good effect in reducing thecomposition of sulfur and alkene in gasoline. While it had not ideal resultin improving the increasing of propylene in realistic production, and theunit experienced unplanned shutdown more than once after the transformation.All these influence the objective evaluation to the technology. The rawmaterial quality of FCC-Ⅱ unit is improved obviously with the Wax OilHydrofining unit and Delay Coking unit put into work one after another, sothe superiority of FDFCC is no longer distinct. The technology was stop usedin November,2010.The thesis summarizes all kinds of operation status in more than two yearsin which FDFCC technology was used normally, and analyses the technologicaldata in operation. Combined with the trend of improving benefits in thecompany, objective evaluation is given to the technology. It is proved thatthe superiority of the technology cannot be denied, and all the disadvantagescan be optimized by all kinds of measure.
