With heavy qualitative growing raw materials, heavy oil catalytic cracking unit for coked serious problems, not only limits the long period running, the consumption of energy in the process of processing also will increase, thereby reducing energy consumption, long period operation has become a key consideration in the direction of oil processing process.As for the 1.0Mt/a ARGG unit of Daqing Refining and Chemical Company, whichadopts the dual-riser called FDFCC technology, aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of the device, the device running status is analyzed, finding out the problems existing in the device, the optimization and improvement measures are put forward. Calibration data according to the industry come to the conclusion:high stripping steam consumption, low utilization ratio of waste heat, low recovery power, bad atomization efficiency is the main reason of high energy consumption of the device 。 After the applicantion of CRC process in the FCC,the product distribution was optimized and saving energy effect was remarkable. Further to machine scaling factors influencing the device runs for a long period of time was analyzed, and advances some measures for modification of triple spiral separator, and improved the choke point of long period run of the device.Through the flue gas turbine expander, stripping section, reaction feed nozzle, three spiral separator system conducted a series of technical transformation, and some use of device can not reasonable technology and process improvement and optimization, comprehensive energy consumption of unit in 2010 fell to 72.11 KgEO/t, comprehensive energy consumption dropped a total of 33.07 units, excluding gasoline riser impact of energy consumption, the comprehensive energy consumption of unit 63.94 KgEO/t. CRC- the FCC dry gas after technical reform coke yield loss was 1.49% lower, the slurry yield reduced by 0.42%, light rose 2.3%, liquid closed up 1.9%, the actual energy consumption reducing kgoil 10.26 / t, total benefits is 87.161 million yuan/year. The PHT Ⅲ—250 separation of single pipe in my device has been run efficiently 15 months, not only can increase the economic benefit of 3.84 million yuan, and for the device provides a favorable guarantee safe and stable operation for a long period of time.
