As the economy rebounded from financial crisis and wind power generation’swidely used, the need for R-Fe-B is recovering and growing rapidly. DomesticR-Fe-B enterprises which cut the cost and increase the efficiency are buying anddesigning hydraulic press for R-Fe-B power. Designed and researched on hydraulicpress for R-Fe-B powder has realistic significance.This dissertation researched on designing mainframe and hydraulic system of45thydraulic press for R-Fe-B powder. According to the AMESim software, thedissertation simulated and analyzed the hydraulic drive system.At first, hydraulic press’s molding process was introduced. According to theprocess parameter, the press’s mainframe was designed. Three kinds of cylinders andits type of fixed was introduced and the strength of hydraulic cylinders was checked.The four kind of connection between beams and columns was introduced. Beams andcolumns were designed, analyzed the force, and checked the strength. The differencefrom others hydraulic press was designed the floating cylinder.Secondly, the principle, compositions and classification of hydraulic drivesystem was introduced. According to the process parameter, the principle drawing ofhydraulic system was designed, the movement of each hydraulic cylinder wasanalyzed and pumps and valves were chose. The temperature of hydraulic system wascalculated and analyzed and tank’s water-cooling was chose. Hydraulic system’s workprocess was analyzed and hydraulic control system was chose.Lastly, the hydraulic system was molded and simulated by the AMESim software.The principle of pressure compensation of proportional-cartridge throttle valve wasintroduced and molded and simulated by AMESim software. Molded and simulatedthe feed-shoe cylinder, the floating-cylinder, the B-cylinder, the A-cylinder, found thesimulation result was in keeping with calculation result and verified the hydraulicsystem was met design requirements.
