At present, LLDPE r esin pr oduced i n our c ountry m ainly us es but ene a scomonomer. Since at present there is still no hexylene mass produced, and the importprice is more expensive which causes the resin cost increase, the trend of replacingbutene with hexylene is increasingly evident both in domestic and foreign LLDPEproducts. It has become very urgently on the issues that how to produce high-qualitypolyethylene r esin, r educe e nergy and m aterial c onsumption, a nd na rrow t he gapbetween the advanced foreign technology through the changes to the plant as small aspossible on the existing production plant.With50kt/a hexylene plant of Yanhua put into production, the localization ofhexene copolymer polyethylene products will obtain the rapid development. In orderto adapt to the localization demand of hexene copolymer polyethylene products, thenew grades products with market potential are developed, and the quality and level ofproducts ar e i mproved. This ar ticle m ainly s tudies t he r equired d edicated cat alystpreparation process of hexene dedicated material production and the regulation andswitching of binary dedicated material production. The main work is as follows:1、High quality products are obtained through optimized control of products’switching process and index density. The steady production of dedicated material isensured t hrough pa rameter opt imization of r ecovery uni t a nd pe lletization uni t.During the production of hexene system dedicated material, the catalyst is used tocarry o ut t he et hylene/1-hexene c opolymerization. T his c atalyst s ystem ha s g oodethylene/1-hexene copolymerization performance.2、The i mpregnation r eaction m ethod has p repared d edicated cat alyst, an d studied t he c atalyst composition of va rious c omponents a nd t he i nfluence t o t hecatalyst performance during the catalyst preparation process in detail. Moreover, it hasoptimized the best catalyst formulation and preparation process. The industrial testhas been carried out on the industrial plant, and the process of grade transition underdifferent process conditions has been investigated. Furthermore, the index and densitycontrol, the parameter optimization of the different grades’ recovery and the steadyproduction process of pelletization have been studied in detail.3、the process of switching and production of trimer has been studied.
