As an important factor which impact on machine life and production performance forlong time,vibration in the machining processing is research of many scholars.With thedevelopment of automation technology there is increasingly urgent Demand to establish a setof complete analysis system for the vibration in the machining processing.There are multiple types of vibration in machining processing,and different types ofvibration impact on the machining processing differently.Any more The way to reducedifferent types of vibration is different.For these reason to find out the type and source ofvibrations in machining processing by the vibration analysis system is very meaningful for theoptimization of machine performance and improving the stability of the machine tools.In mypaper I start a series of studies around the vibration analysis system for machiningprocessing.For the purpose of analysis vibrations which affect the surface quality in machiningprocessing,in this paper I research in the existing vibration standards at first,And then I selectthe Root Mean Square(RMS) value as the order of magnitude to judge the vibration by theresults of analysis.For the particularity of machine tools vibration standard the machinevibration state is divided in "Best","Available","Caution"and"Warning"four states.Afteranalyzing the formation processing of the typical theoretical surface roughness we give acertain relationship between surface roughness and vibration in machining processing by theexperiments on lathe and milling machine.I also research on existing types of vibration inmachining processing and there corresponding vibration characteristics.Then According to therequirements of the diagnosis,the diagnostic processing is designed.Finally,I establish a test platform on the lathe to verify the feasibility of the analysisprocessing and research on sensitive place and sensitive direction in the vibration test thoughtexperiments.Then I use the imitation vibration problem in machine tools to verify thefeasibility of the diagnostic processing and develop a off-line graphical interface based onMATLB GUI for the analysis of vibration data.Thought the work above this paper provides a preliminary theoretical foundation toestablish completely diagnostic system of vibration in machining processing.What is morethis paper gives a new idea to establish the magnitude of vibration in machining processing bythe experimental study on the effects of surfaces roughness on the vibration in machiningprocessing.
