Among the current injection product cost structure, most of thehydraulic type or mixed type injection molding machine, injection molding machine pumpmotor power consumption accounted for as much as half of the overall device powerconsumption. Therefore, the design and manufacture a new generation of efficient,energy-efficient all-electric injection molding machine is imperative.Our aim is design a set of reliable, precise control, convenience of operation ofall-electric injection molding machine control system. Considering characteristics andneeds of the all-electric injection molding machine on the Huazhong8open CNCsystem platform.The system includes a friendly interactive interface, clamp, eject, injection,measurement, temperature control modules of the control algorithm, PLC ladder diagramprogram, and production data acquisition and processing system.Therefore, all-electric injection molding machine control system is a complex system, Iam responsible for three areas of work. This article will focus on the following threeaspects:1. Configure the based Huazhong8open CNC system development environment,analysis of interface functional requirements, development of all-electric injectionmolding machine control system interface program2. Application of the state machine thinking, off the mold top two modules onprocess analysis and draw the corresponding state machine diagram, to provide overallplanning for basic motion control program.3. Monitoring and collecting all relevant real-time run-time process parametersaccording to a certain format to save part of the data, and data processing and output. The entire design has already tested on the in Zhenxiong injection molding machineprototype production-proven. And it showed a good capability. |
