Manufacturing industry plays an important role in the economic growth of a country.Injection molding technology is easy to combine with computer,to achieve automatic production and production of more complex products,so it has a key position in the plastic molding industry.To a certain extent,the development level of injection molding industry also represents the industrial development level of a country.The idea of industry 4.0 put forward by Germany means that intelligent manufacturing will become the development trend of the whole manufacturing industry in the future.Intelligent manufacturing is the core of cloud manufacturing,and the essence of cloud manufacturing is the deep integration of industrialization and informatization.Cloud manufacturing relies on the Internet,the Internet of things,cloud platform to achieve resource integration,industrial integration and customized production.Through reading the relevant literature and industry reports,it can be seen that China's injection molding machine is narrowing the gap with the world's injection molding machine,achieving significant improvement and development in the field of middle end injection molding machine,and has considerable achievements in the high-end field,but there are still great deficiencies in the management and monitoring of injection production workshop.At present,most of the injection molding enterprises still use manual record and paper storage for the information management of the injection molding workshop,which brings great inconvenience,mainly including the following problems:slow information communication,low management efficiency,product quality is not easy to control,the production progress of the workshop can not be mastered in time,problems of injection molding products are difficult to trace the causes,the whole note The information involved in the molding process is difficult to manage.The core of intelligent injection molding is to add the current injection molding industry into computer technology,to realize the integration of information technology into the whole injection molding process,molding products,production equipment and production resources,to be able to instantly feedback,monitor products and machines,and to actively optimize the production process.Based on the background of intelligent manufacturing,according to the actual problems in the process of injection molding production,this paper studies and applies the key technologies of the intelligent cloud platform of injection molding machine.The operation of the cloud platform is based on the acquisition and support of the operating parameters of the injection molding machine.According to the hardware information of the equipment,the corresponding data acquisition system is implemented as the support of the underlying information of the cloud platform.On the basis of obtaining the operation parameters of injection molding machine,a cloud platform system for injection molding production is designed and implemented.It mainly designs the functions of equipment management,production management,mold management,production monitoring,alarm management and system management,The cloud platform is implemented with a three-tier architecture of B/S mode,which makes the code decoupled and highly reusable.According to the characteristics of the injection molding process,the security of the cloud platform,data storage,data processing,early warning control function research,asynchronous architecture construction and so on are emphasized.The research on the security of the cloud platform includes the control of the user's authority to operate the cloud platform and the early warning and release management module of the injection molding machine.Among them,RBAC permission model is proposed to control the permission of cloud platform operation,and the permission verification process is optimized with session technology,which reduces the pressure on database caused by permission verification;precise control of early warning function of injection molding machine is carried out for a single equipment level,so as to maximize the use of injection molding machine equipment resources and injection molding machine intelligent cloud platform resources.The operation data storage of injection molding machine is optimized,and the normal operation data and abnormal operation data of injection molding machine are stored in the same record;the error check of operation parameters of injection molding machine is processed by using the asynchronous mechanism of celery,and the different step transmission and local refresh of page information are realized by using Ajax technology.Finally,through deployment test,the cloud platform can run normally in LAN and Internet,which verifies the feasibility of the cloud platform system,and achieves the effect of each function in the design.
