This paper mainly assays the content and distribution of the dander adhesion in thevariational cashmere fiber. And all the cashmere fiber which was used in the experimentwas from different area. Also, the cashmere goats are different in gender and ages. Thedifferent content and distribution of the dander adhesion between variational cashmerefibers is principally studied. A big amount of the data was measured and the distributionmaps were drawled in the experiments, which showed that the dander adhesion in thevariational cashmere fiber is striking different. The result of the dander adhesion in every sample is that: The adhesive dander contentin ram (3shears) is least, in ram (2shears) is most. The area of the dander is61.68mm~2(3shears) and219.81mm~2(2shears), the number of the dander is44(3shears)and271(2shears).The main area distribution interval of ram(3shears) is (0~1)mm~2,(1~2)mm~2. It is(0~1)mm~2,(1~2)mm~2,(2~3)mm~2,(3~4)mm~2of ram (2shears). The adhesive dandercontent of variational cashmere fiber isn’t necessarily proportional relation with the ramage. This is also affected by environmental factors, natural factors, etc. The adhesivedander content in ewe (3shears) is least, in ewe (1shear) is most. The area of the dander is96.80mm~2(3shears) and718.51mm~2(1shear),the number of the dander is128(3shears)and364(1shear).The main area distribution interval of ewe(3shears) is(0~1)mm~2,(1~2)mm~2. It is (0~1)mm~2,(1~2)mm~2,(2~3)mm~2,(3~4)mm~2、(4~5)mm~2,(10~11)mm~2ofewe(1shear). The adhesive dander content in wether (2shears) is least, in wether (1shear)is most. The area of the dander is304.41mm~2(2shears) and1088.75mm~2(1shear), thenumber of the dander is132(2shears) and928(1shear).The adhesive dander content ofwether changed with the increase age is the same as the ewe. When the goat is older, theadhesive dander content is less. And the dander area distribution intervals become shorten.Because of the distinct geographical and feeding environment, the adhesive dander indifferent producing unit cashmere fiber is contrast. The result of this experiment is: Theadhesive dander content of the cashmere fiber numbered the10thproducing unit is least. The area and number of the adhesive dander is13.06mm~2and16. The main adhesivedander area distribution interval of cashmere fiber is (0~1)mm~2,(1~2)mm~2,(2~3)mm~2,which is shorten. And the cashmere fiber numbered the6thproducing unit is taken secondplace. The cashmere fiber in the two producing units is best of all. They were processedconveniently. The adhesive dander content of the cashmere fiber numbered the3thproducing unit is most. The area and number of the dander is800.35mm~2and248.Themain area distribution interval of cashmere fiber dander is far apart, from (0~1)mm~2to (16~17)mm~2. The adhesive dander content of the5thproducing unit/two road cashmerecashmere fiber is less than cashmere fiber numbered the3thproducing unit. The maindander area distribution interval between the cashmere hair and washable cashmere in thesame producing unit is different. The size and number of dander adhesion in cashmerefiber is reflected by the main dander area distribution interval. The adhesive dander contentand shape of the cashmere fiber is distinct in different producing units. This is good forcashmere carded and cashmere selected. The adhesive dander content of cashmere fiber is different with washing condition. The result of the L9(34) orthogonal experiments was that: The adhesive dander content ofwashout cashmere fiber in experiment6is least, and the whiteness of which is optimal. And the concentration of the Reagent A,Reagent B is0.1%,1.4%. So the effectiveness inexperiment6is perfect. The washout cashmere in experiment8is taken second place. Andthe concentration of the Reagent A,Reagent B in experiment8is0.2%,0.7%. Under thetwo conditions, the maximum breaking force of washout cashmere fiber is2.70cN, not tobe impaired; the concentration of the reagent not to be the maximum but role in cashmerefiber sufficiently, the performance of which is optimum. But the Reagent C has no use towashing cashmere fiber. The colour and macrostructure of adhesive dander in variational cashmere fiber isdistinct. For example, some is herringbone; some is brown; some dander structure with ditis puff; some massive dander with granulum is density. The micromechanism structureperformance between adhesive dander and cashmere fiber were massive adhesive dander,medium-sized adhesive dander, bit adhesive dander, adhesive dander of cashmere fibersurface. There were differences with all amino acids content between adhesive dander、cashmere fiber and ram wool, also the each amino acid. The total amount of amino acids isadhesive dander<ram wool<cashmere fiber. The17amino acids content after danderhydrolysis was71.69g/100g. The each amino acid content of ram wool and cashmere fiberwas more than adhesive dander. But the content of dander amino acids composition ofglycocoll, lysine, and histidine were more than ram wool and cashmere fiber.
