Iodine is an essential trace element in the life process of vertebrates, it is used tosynthesize thyroid hormone after it’s absorption in the body of animals, Iodine is animportant group of thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormone affects and controls thedevelopment and metabolic process though the reversible binding with acceptorswhich are in the cell.On the basis of study on ternary mixed complexes of the Iodine tyrosine,histamine and copper in the laboratory. The paper speculated the piled way of ternarymixed complexes of the Iodine tyrosine, histamine and copper by the combinationUV spectrum, the calculation of stability constants and the analysis of circulardichroism. It inferred the system of histamine and histidine is similar. The presence ofcarboxyl doesn’t affect the way of aromatic-ring stacking, it only makesaromatic-ring reversing.Compared Iodine tyrosine with tyrosine, respectively, in the formation of thehistidine and copper by UV spectrum, suggesting Iodine affects the electronic effectsand plays a role in the activation of the aromatic-ring and aromatic-ring stacking.New inclusive material-pumpkin cage (the abbreviation is CB[n] cucurbit [n]uril,the abbreviation is CB[n], n=5~10), it also known as cucurbituril, it is a kind ofsupramolecular host compounds newly synthesized in recent years. It is a macrocyclicorganic supramolecular which has received extensive attention and had prospect ofapplication following cyclodextrin, crown ether. Its structure is pumpkin cagemacrocyclic molecule which is symmetric highly, bridging by n glycoluril units and2n methylene. With the unique structure, Hydrophobic cavity is consist ofhydrophobically glycoluril units, Hydrophilic ports of the highly polarized issurrounded by carbonyl oxygen atom and outer wall is aromatic and rigid, indicatingthat CBn macrocyclic molecules can accommodate the hydrophobic partof all kinds of molecular or organic molecules though hydrophobic interaction,hydrogen bonding, ionic, dipole and so on, and forming metal complexes. That is, form inclusive complexes with a variety of guest molecules.The article synthesized series of different sizes of CBn supramolecularmacrocyclic according to references, separated of the CB6and CB7successfully andalso carried out a simple characterization on it. We took advantage of CB6, CB7hydrophobic cavity, the properties of port high polar carbonyl openings, as well astheir port of different size, we analyzed molecular recognition of histamine andhistidine copper(Ⅱ) complexes and CBn macrocyclic, the coordinate, inclusive,competitive system of histidine copper(Ⅱ) complexes by the UV spectrum.The result of the article has significance of understanding aromatic iodine to thebiological function of the thyroid hormone, designing application of bionicsuper-molecule and CBn macrocyclic has the ability to select, inclusive, coordinateand the effect of molecular recognition to varieties of objects, providing possibilitiesto develop molecular catalysis, molecular devices, analog enzymes and so on.
