With the global economic integration and the rapid development of information technology, tungsten, molybdenum will play an increasingly important role. Extracted in the process of tungsten-molybdenum, tungsten molybdenum separation has been the best problems.based on such situation,the works talk aboutthe separation of tungsten and molybdenum in the production process of ammonium molybdate,and finding out a good method that can be used to the production process easily and in large-scale.First,on the method,we use the solution prepared in the laboratory to deal with the separation.And the influence condition such as acidity,temperature of reaction,the concentration of molybdenum in the solution and repeated crystallization are to be discussed,and found out the best separation condition by the orthogonal tests:pH of4.5, the solution of the reaction temperature is30℃, the concentration of ammonium molybdate solution is250g/L, the crystallization of2.Secondly,we use the ammonium molybdate from market as the raw material,varify the result of this method.The contents of tungsten and molybdemun are be tested by spectrophotometry.After dealing with this method,the sample can be reached the high purity,which can be the condition of the manufacture and utilization.In this work,others methods are talked about and tested,and found out the advantages and disadvantages of them,the method which we deal with can be the best method of the separation.It can be dealt with the problem of the production of ammonium molybdate.
