Inonotus Obliquus is a medical fungi which grows in the frigid zone. It Contains abundant bioactive components and has many pharmacological actions.In this paper, the molecule surface shape and monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides were studied. It was observed that the polysaccharides of Inonotus Obliquus has multi-branch, orbicular structure by AFM(atom force microscope). Through the method of GC, we know the polysaccharides were composed of arabinose, mannose, rhamnose, galactose, xylose and glucose. The content of these monosaccharides is respective of1.30%,1.63%,2.90%,3.23%,5.89%,15.77%。We studied the effect of Inonotus obliquus water extract and alcohol extract on lipid metabolism and anti-oxidation by Feeding SD rats with high fat diet. The concludes are: medium, high doses of water extract and alcohol extract can significantly reduce the high lipemia in rats lipid levels(TC, TG, LDL-C, ApoB is decreased significantly, HDL-C and ApoA is increased significantly, atherogenic index is decreased). Rat serum, liver and heart of the TAC vitality, SOD activity was significantly increased, lipid peroxide MDA levels were significantly decreased. These dates showed a significant dose-dependent. Between water extract and alcohol extracts were no significant differences. Serum and liver GSH-Px activity was significantly increased, but the heart of the GSH-Px activity did not change significantly. Water extract and alcohol extract can regulate blood lipid levels of hyperlipidemic rats and have considerable anti-oxidative capacity.Hyperuricemia was induced in male Wistar mice by ig yeast extract paste and ip oxygen-triazine potassium. Studing the extract of Inonotus obliquus on rat serum index and renal function, we can reach the following conclusions:the appropriate dosage of Inonotus obliquus water extract and alcohol extract can decreased serum UA, XOD, BUN, TG, TC, MDA significantly and decreased the liver XOD, MDA content, but the serum SOD had no significant impact. It illustrate the extracts of Inonotus obliquus have a certain therapeutic effect on hyperuricemia rats.
