With the development of oil flooding agent for oil field, oil chemical additive is also constantly upgrading and different kinds and types of products appeared again and again. In oil production process, scale inhibitor, defoaming agent, demulsifier, sedimentary agent and flocculation agent need to be add into production stream after lifed on the ground. Although different kinds of oil-field chemical agents that used in gathering system are added in different time, there will always be remaining in system. So it is significant to study on their compatibility and whether those chemical agents influenced by each other.This article mainly aims at ASP recovery liquid water-oil separation, processing oil phase part of several common chemical agent performance and potions compatibility between study. According to the relative test standards and methods of the scale inhibitors, defoaming agent and the performance evaluation of demulsifier, a visit to the influence of the environmental factors on agents, to determine the best application condition in the potion. And through the laboratory test each of demulsifiers, flocculation agent, and scale agent, fight sedimentary agent, defoaming agent and other reagents compatibility sexual experimentation, find out the compatibility of the sex between each drug rules and influence factors.The experimental data show that the scale inhibitors dosing quantity of30mg/L can achieve the best effect when the temperature which should be controlled in30℃is not unfavorable and exorbitant. Temperature using demulsifier and defoaming agent should be between50-60℃; Mixed demulsifiers in dosage should be between30-50mg/L,and the best pH value is8; The optimal dosage of defoaming agent is10mg/L when pH value is between10-10.5. The results of the experiment about compatibilitypa show that, the rate of water loss of demulsifier is restrained to some extent by scale inhibitor and antisedimentary agent, but impacted few by defoaming agent, as well as good compatibility with flocculation agent. The compatibility between defoaming agent, demulsifier and flocculation agent, scale inhibitor is bad that lower inhibition rate. Due to the character of insolubility of defoaming agent, there is no impact of other agent on it. So, when used in oil-field, the impact between different agents can not be overlooked.
