Nowadays, because of the phenomena of illegal and inefficient recycling use of the food waste cooking oil, and the big social regulatory loopholes, the problem of "gutter oil" is rather serious. What’s more, due to the work quality of the current used waste oil recycling equipment is terrible, the water content of the recycling oil is higher, so that the waste oil can’t be well reused, and its efficiency is not high, so it is a serious waste of human and material resources. This paper detailedly researches the working mechanism of the oil-water separation and oil-gathering system and the equipment parameters, and uses the technologies of automation, radio frequency identification (RFID) and SIM900wireless data communication to solve above problems, to reduce the water content of the oil and improve the system efficiency, as well as to build an all-round and all-time wireless monitoring platform for the waste oil separation and recycling. The key technologies of the oil-water separation and oil-gathering system are systematically researched, including the working mechanism, the structure parameter design, the entire automatic wireless monitoring and so on. The study provides theory support for the design and manufacture of the efficient oil-water separation and oil-gathering system, and seamless management technical support for the relevant social regulatory authorities to recycle the food waste cooking oil, to completely eliminate the unreasonable emissions and illegal use of the waste oil.To meet the design requirements of the oil-water separation oil-gathering system, with the displacement of1m3/h and the installation height of lm, based on the theory of laminar flow field and the "shallow pool principle", this paper optimize the Stokes equation of the oil-water separation process and establish the dimensional parameters of the separation tank as the length of2m, the width of0.7m, the height of0.9m, and the liquid level height of0.6m. This paper designs the experiment platform for the condition effect on the performance of the gathering components, and uses the experiment method to research the working parameters of oil gathering component with the water content of the oil and the total amount per unit time of the gathered oil as indexes. The experimental results show that the best working condition of the gathering component is polycarbonate disc, rotation speed of20rpm,the starting critical oil high proportion of100%, the stoping critical oil high proportion of70%,and the time of manual collecting instruction is up to the oil high proportion.This paper uses the whole process automatic wireless monitoring technology to build the all-round and all-time wireless monitoring platform for the waste oil separation and recycling. The platform is based on the STC12C5A60S2chip. The oil-water separation and oil-gathering process automatic control system is built, consisted of start-stop control, temperature control, level control and so on; The enclosed controllable transport tank is developed; Based on the MF RC522, using the radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, the process management system is designed with the permission regulatory functions of the waste oil recycling, gather, transportation, equipment management and service, and so on. The SIM900wireless data communication technology is used to develop a data transmission platform with good accuracy and real-time performance, so as to realize the whole process automatic wireless monitoring of the equipment ID, oil-gathering amount and time, operator ID, work content and time, and so on.
