the three(methoxy propyl alcohol)phosphine grignard reagent was compounded by1-bromine-3-methoxy propane and phosphorus tribromide;After that,hypophosphorous acidhappened ionization reaction with it,in oder to get the tri(propyl alcohol)(hydrogen)phosphoniumhypophosphorous.This article also discussed reaction conditions on the influence of theproduction rate;Analysisthed TGA,X fluorescence spectrometry,IR spectra and UV visiblespectrum of it. The paper also probed the application performance of it on the antipilling of woolfabric; Discussed the concentration of finishing solution, the technology conditions, the pHvalue of finishing solution on the antipilling of the wool fabric, finally got the bestprocess.Tested the strong performance,whiteness and Scanning electron microscopy of thefabric finishing before and after.The results showed,the best molar ratio is3.2:3:2:3of1-bromine-3-methoxy propane,magnesium,phosphorus tribromide andhypophosphorous;nitrogen protection,ice water bath;the best response time is0.5h,1h,1h of thepreparation of grignard reagent, format reaction and ionization reaction; Under the bestoptimum reaction conditions,the yield rate of the target product is85.7%; Under the technologycondition of the finishing agent dosage for18%(o.w.f), dipping temperature for40℃, dippingtime for30min, finishing liquid pH value for5,the antipilling properties could rise from1to4grade, and the strong and the white degree decline unconspicuously after finishing of fabrics.
