Molybdenum as a new type of material, the appliance of which ecpanses widely this days, brings forward a new task to the machining process. Owing to the high reqidity of thematerial, the swords fray seversely with the cutting process of the holes. The abrasion of theswords asked frequent repairment, which restricts the boost of the manufacturing efficiency.Consequently, a new pattern sword durable and everlasting takes on a significant meaning tothe cutting process.Numbers of ways lead to the improvement of the cutting performance, among all otherways, diamond coating technics is relatively a simple and cheap one. Basing on cuttingexperiments, this subject was brought about to demonstrate the ascendance of the diamondcoated tools prepared by CVD technics.Equality and attachment imposed on the hard alloy material were considered two keyfactors in the melioration of the diamond-coated tools. Pretreatements of the material werecarried out to weaken the negative effect of Co. SEM and Laman were made use of to analysethe quality of the diamond-coated tools.Temperature around the hot filament was a specialties in the HF-CVD technics. With theaid of CFD, the text explored a new method to make a research on the distributing of thetemperature around the filament. Ways of installing the filament were fixed according toexperiments to validate the CFD theory.Currently, HF-CVD device was capable of coating single tool during one nip. In this text,3-D modeling and kinematics imitation were utilized to put forward a new putfit, which wasable to coat diamond around several tools in one nip.
