Food is the most important base that the mankind depends on forexistence, and the issue of food safety has increasingly become a hotspot of socialattention at present. The quality safety of agricultural products is the mostimportant basic link of food safety and it is directly related to people’s health andaffecting the society stability. So it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of thequality safety of agricultural products and perfect the system of agricultural producttrace continue. Improve and perfect the design of agricultural product trace codingis imperative.Based on the situation that is mentioned, theoretical analysis for the encryptionof the trace coding and the experience of the users was made by using the existingdesign of agricultural product trace coding of home and abroad for reference. Anagricultural product trace coding was designed, which had the characteristics of shortcode extent and strong encryption and will lay a solid foundation for improving thesystem of agricultural product trace. The public will get the enterprise informationwithout professional database directly with this trace coding.First, according to the information of agricultural products which is reflectedfrom agricultural product trace coding, such as producing area, production date andattestation type, a coding scheme that was composed of producing area code, productcode, production date code and attestation type code was designed. The producingarea code was composed of administrative division code and enterprise name, andenterprise name was consisted of area position code. The design of this trace codingfully satisfied the demand of the consumers and improved users with a betterexperience.Second, Encryption algorithm was applied according to the increasing of codelength which was caused by using area position code to represent the enterpriseinformation. Producing area code and production date code was converted bydecimal-quaternary conversion and dividing section to encrypt. The validation codewas generated by permutation and combination of the identifiers in producing area code and production date code, and attestation type code. The design based onmulti-encrypt shortened the code length and enhanced encryption of the trace coding.And then, according to the design principle of agricultural product trace codingbased on area position code and multi-encrypt, the progress of agricultural producttrace was discussed, and the realization and encryption of the trace coding wasdescribed by examples.The key information about production enterprise and agricultural products can betraced without the support of database with the analysis of enterprise information byarea position code, and the public will get the enterprise information withoutprofessional database directly to prevent unsafe agricultural products and eliminatepanic when the question concerning quality safety of agricultural products happened.The agricultural product trace coding based on multi-encrypt ensured that the keyinformation about agricultural product in trace coding had higher safety and reliabilityto achieve the desired objectives and have a strong application value.
