At present,the production and management system of meat products in our country are not perfect enough.The cultivation,production and marketing of meat products are scattered,and the management is difficult and the circulation of information is not convenient.Quality and safety of meat products are still serious.Ensuring the safety of meat products is becoming increasingly important.Based on the information technology,RFID technology and database technology,the paper designs the traceability system based on RFID and two-dimensional code army.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the development of traceability mechanism at home and abroad,the application of traceability system and the selection method of traceability information,the deficiencies and possible development directions of food traceability in China are put forward.The quality and safety traceability system of meat products based on RFID and two-dimensional codes is proposed.(2)According to the requirements of government supervision departments,farmers,slaughter and processing enterprises,sellers and consumers,the paper makes a detailed demand analysis.The RFID system is compared with the two-dimensional code and other identification methods.The advantages and disadvantages of RFID and two-dimensional code are pointed out.The selection of the equipment performance index of the traceability system has been completed.This paper has completed the design of the activity diagram and the whole frame of the traceability system.(3)A traceability system consisting of multiple RFID readers is designed.The reader is selected according to the protocol and the basic performance requirements that the device needs to meet and the application needs.According to the requirements of traceability information collection,the traceability information of each stage of meat chain was completed.(4)The coding scheme of pork products was designed by referring to the related coding methods at home and abroad and relevant laws and regulations.According to the characteristics of the system,a traceability model of the quality and safety traceability system of military slaughter meat products based on RFID and two-dimensional code is constructed.According to the needs of different objects,the system is divided into functional modules.Completed the design of the system architecture.The coding scheme of pork products was designed by referring to the related coding methods at home and abroad and relevant laws and regulations.
