With the rapid development of machinery automation degree in open-pit mine ofour country,and the mining speed faster.The cable truck as a auxiliary equipment alsoget fast development.It mainly used in open-mine or large factory of high voltagecables,Its advantage is to improve work efficiency and reduce mobile cable laborintensity and lower energy consumption etc. But with the development of hydrauliccontrol technology,put forward higher request for the cable truck in the hydraulicsystem of dynamic stability and reliability and control precision and operability.This paper against the background of FYD-001,it is a product of cooperationbetween liaoning engineering technology university and dalian sim equipmentCo.LTD,and making digtital simulation of dynamic characteristics on the hydraulicsystem.(1) Introduce several common rotary institution,and turn selection of institutionsfor FYD-001cable truck.In addition,designing the hydraulic system of rotaryinstitution,carry on the estimation and selection the hydraulic component.(2) Make simulation modeling of the cable truck of rotary hydraulic system inAMESim software,and make an experiment on the cable truck,so that it can be showthat the simulation model is teasonable.(3) Analysis some factors which can influence the rotary hydraulic system ofdynamic characteristics on the simulation model,and put forward more reasonablerequirements on the electrical control part.(4) Finally,make an optimization design for hydraulic system of cable tru ck,andanalysis the simulation of optimized system.From the results can draw a conclusionthat parallel hole method can reduce impact in the process of turning.This paper set up hydraulic system model of cable truck turned institutionssuccessfully, and make simulation analysis for it, the results of the analysis providethe support of theory for the cable truck turned hydraulic system design and improvement of optimization, and simulation technology was also introduced to acable truck hydraulic system design, with the very widely used space.
