With the development of national economy and modern industry, the coal as themain energy of national economic construction, more and more with its strategicposition.In order to improve the coal high yield and high efficiency, safety inproduction, as a key equipment of the coal mine fully mechanized working facesupport mining hydraulic support is facing a great reform.In order to fundamentallyimprove the labor and security conditions, improve the yield and efficiency ofmining.For mine hydraulic support the performance of the hydraulic transmission andcontrol system and put forward the higher request, such as control precision and usingcomputer simulation technology to analyze hydraulic system has importantsignificance.Computer simulation technology can not only predict the systemperformance, reduce the design time, can also be involved in the system for theoverall analysis and evaluation, so as to achieve optimization of system, shorten thedesign cycle and improve the system stability, the purpose of this is the basicrequirement of coal industry of mining hydraulic support design, modeling, modular,and dynamic simulation is the most basic requirement for product designers to thetool.Domestic control of the hydraulic control system for mine hydraulic supporttechnology are two main types of valve control and pump control, great lost of thethrottle valve control hydraulic system, low energy efficiency and the components ofcontrol accuracy is not high;With no throttling loss of pump control hydraulicalthough technology can effectively solve the problem of energy conservation, but sex,especially the dynamic response of robustness actuators has been improved, this is thepump control system of serious deficiencies, and the problems existing in the minehydraulic support in coal industry has been.It is because of the existence of theproblem brings to the mining hydraulic support the use of a series of negative effects.In order to improve the dynamic responsive mining hydraulic support’shydraulic system, especially the control of the speed of executive element, theexecutive components and the robustness is good or bad influence on the entiremining hydraulic support’s hydraulic system work is larger.This article mainly fromthe following aspects:(1)In order to better to understand of hydraulic support, in this paper, theselection, design and working principle of hydraulic support are analyzed; (2)Using the simulation software AMESim of hydraulic support of safety valve,hydraulic control one-way valve, valve, control valve and so on alternatelycorresponding model is established and and parts;(3)Using the software AMESim simulation of hydraulic support of the reliefvalve, hydraulic control one-way valve, goes on jacks, hydraulic system, thesimulation of the velocity, acceleration, pressure, flow rate is analyzed, such as goodrobustness to system parameters setting. Finally the overall work and improve theperformance of hydraulic system.
