Selection of kaolinite clay soil as a carrier, through various means of doping and surfacemodification, preparation of a variety of kaolinite clay based TiO2composite photocatalysismaterial, the effects of preparation conditions for obtaining composite photocatalyst degradationof methylene blue in performance, and its characterization.Through different kaolinite clay nano preparation process of TiO2research, we get theoptimal preparation conditions: water at a temperature of48℃calcination temperature is650℃, slurry concentration, hydrolysis rate of5%to20min.The kaolinite clay nano TiO2ion doping research, obtained optimal doping concentrationCe3+0.5%, La3+0.5%1%, N6%; La3+and Fe3+co-doped optimal doping concentration0.5%1%. Research shows that, La3+and Fe3+ions doped than the single ion doping can promote thephotocatalytic activity.Through the Fe2O3to directly heat kaolin stone base nanometer TiO2, the TiO2can becarried out better modification, the heat dopant concentration is4%.
