A experiment was launched for nice Ni-Al alloy. The Ni65Al35and Ni75Al25power werepressed in a molds. The compacts were synthesized by different powers of laser. B powder andtungsten concentrates powder were appended to improve the performance of Ni-Al alloy. Themicrostructure characterization and performance were tested by OM、XRD、TEM、EDS、SEM.The sintered alloy is investigated by study on hardness testing, wearing resistance etc. It is showsthat the Ni65Al35and Ni75Al25alloy is mainly made up Ni3Al、NiAl. Microcosmic shape of thesintered Ni65Al35is acicular crystal.And the the sintered Ni75Al25is meshy. Hardness andcorrosion of Ni65Al35is better than Ni75Al25.After append B powder and tungsten concentratespowder, the alloy have a increase in density, hardness, wearing resistance and have a littleimpact in corrosion resistance.
