| A experiment was launched for nice Ni-Al alloy. The Ni65Al35and Ni75Al25power werepressed in a molds. The compacts were synthesized by different powers of laser. B powder andtungsten concentrates powder were appended to improve the performance of Ni-Al alloy. Themicrostructure characterization and performance were tested by OMã€XRDã€TEMã€EDSã€SEM.The sintered alloy is investigated by study on hardness testing, wearing resistance etc. It is showsthat the Ni65Al35and Ni75Al25alloy is mainly made up Ni3Alã€NiAl. Microcosmic shape of thesintered Ni65Al35is acicular crystal.And the the sintered Ni75Al25is meshy. Hardness andcorrosion of Ni65Al35is better than Ni75Al25.After append B powder and tungsten concentratespowder, the alloy have a increase in density, hardness, wearing resistance and have a littleimpact in corrosion resistance. |
