Studies On Endotoxin Controlling Technology Design Of Allicin Injection

Allitricin is an organic sulfide compound that extracted from bulb of garlic. It is also reside in onion and other Alliaceae plants. Allitricin is used for rejectting, caducity, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, ulcer and improve the immunity of organism and so on. Endotoxin belongs to one of the composition of Gram-negative bacterium cell wall. Only when the bacterial death or destroy bacterial, the endotoxin will be released. When we heat bacterial on180℃for3-4h, or use alkali, strong acid, oxygenant to boil30min,the bioactivity of endotoxin will be destroied.Because of the special pungency smell of Allitridium Injection and the number of the disqualification product is more and more. So it is a big problem of puzzlling our company.This thesis basises from the documentations.We describe the Allitricin and endotoxin, analyze the influence of endotoxin.We also discuss the characteristic, nature, reason, clearance of endotoxin.We apply the clathration of P-cyclodextrin,improving the pungency smell of Allitricin. Through contrast and study of the experimental data,we discovered that when the adition of absorbite is0.5%, the effect of exorcizing the endotoxin of Allitricin is obvious.And when32℃,0.2Mpa, filter membrane20nm is the best conditions for exorcizing the endotoxin of Allitricin. Exorcizing of the endotoxin is the hot spot of research. We used activated carbon adsorption and other skills in the past.But these methods have many corrupt practices. Through the analysis and study of the factor, the industrial arts is the biggest factor of unqualified endotoxin. We also discovered that ultrafiltration is a better method for exorcizing the endotoxin of Allitricin.When the Allitricin through the adsorptive process and ultrafiltration,the bacterial content in Allitridium Injection decrease obviously.We collect six batch productions at random, and discovered that all of the productions were fitting for pharmacopoeia of China.
