Because of the pillared bentonite have a large layer spacing, surface area and highsurface activity, which can remove the toxin of cooking oil, purify kerosene, treatgasoline and wastewater, so it are applied widely. In this paper, Liaoning, preparing aplace of Ca-Na-bentonite modified as the carrier,by microwave prepare Aluminumpillared bentonite, Fe-pillared bentonite, Zirconium and Aluminum pillared bentonite,post-pillared bentonite was characterized by use of multi-kinds of tests. And explore thebest conditions of its simulate dye wastewater adsorption.During the inspection, the premise of a variety of factors, get the best conditions ofmicrowave synthesis: pillaring agent is10mmol/g; In Fe-Al-pillared bentonite the ratioof Fe and Al is1:5, In Aluminum Zirconium pillared Bentonite the ratio of AluminumZirconium is1:5;the range of pH is4to6; heating power460W; heating time20mins;calcination temperature500℃; calcining time is2hours. By orthogonal experimentagain verified the accuracy of single-factor experiments, and according to the size of therange, obtained the degree of various factors influence on material preparation.XRD-ray diffraction results show that the microwave synthesis of bentonite d001becamelarger obviously; infrared spectroscopy show that the ion pillaring agent and as a carrierin the lattice structure of bentonite generate chemical bonding, so pillared bentoniteafter will show good adsorption properties.Followed on, system study is maked by the two different pillared bentonite is usedto adsorp the two simulated dye wastewater. Determine the microwave synthesis ofFe-pillared bentonite initial concentration of50mg/L of methyl violet dye simulatedwastewater optimum adsorption conditions were: oscillation time of60min, adsorbentdosage of0.06g, room temperature, pH=10.0; microwave synthesis of zirconiumaluminum pillared bentonite for the initial concentration of50mg/L of methylene bluedye simulated wastewater optimum adsorption conditions were: oscillation time of 60min, adsorbent dosage of0.08g, room temperature, pH=8.0. And in the bestadsorption conditions, the removal rate of the two simulated dye wastewater up to99.95%.Two types of pillared bentonite simulated dye wastewater on the adsorptionmechanism, the results show that the two different pillared soil adsorption behavior ofdye wastewater are followed Bangham and Langmuir rate equation described by law. Both the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm can describe the adsorption process of bypillared analog dye wastewater soil. adsorption mechanism is mainly Surface physicaladsorption and ion exchange.
