Compared with the general phthalocyanine, the asymmetrical phthalocyanine thatformated with different electronics replace in the periphery of the phthalocyanine moleculehas superior properties. Such as superior solubility, good optical activity of second-ordernonlinear,theLBfilm-forming and other more physical,chemical,optical properties and so on.So, the unsymmrtrical phthalocyanine has stronger advantages in many areas ofapplication.However, the synthesis of the asymmetric phthalocyanine is still full ofdifficulties, Such as complex steps, synthesis of target molecule exist randomness anduncertainty,difficulties in separation and purification,all of that limiting its application.This dissertation did the research and analysis in the following several aspects:(1) In this dissertation, a new synthetic method of A3B type asymmetric phthalocyaninewas put forward on the basis of the traditional synthesis.a kind of optical activity2-(4-isopropylphenoxy)-9(10),16(17),23(24)-tri-(4-tert-butylphenoxy) copperphthalocyanine was obtained via the high temperature (180℃), DBU as catalyst, under theconditions of n-octanol solvent.The method has good selectivity with fewer by-products andwas easyt to be purified. The phthalocyanines were characterized byMS,HRMS,FT-IR,UV-Vis-NIR.2) we studied the electrochemical properties of phthalocyanine.The results suggest thatthe redox reactions of copper phthalocyanines are occurred in the Pc ring.Because theelectron densities of the asymmetrical phthalocyanine are higher than the symmetricalphthalocyanine, the asymmetrical phthalocyanine with higher π-orbital energies are oxidizedeasier.Hence the asymmetrical phthalocyanine has lower potential.3) Phthalocyanine compounds became one kind of very interesting organicphotoconductive materials for the advantages of being very cheap, low-poisonous,verystable against thermal and chemical de-composition, and present very intense opticalabsorptions in the visible. In this dissertation, we prepared the photoelectric conductordevices of asymmetric copper phthalocyanine, tested the current of the conductor in dark andphotoelectric lighting conditions, and calculated the impedance.The results suggest that theasymmetric copper phthalocyanine has light electric performance.
