In order to study the forming of tailor welded blanks. This paper simulates and analyzes the forming process and spring back process of flow sink based on DYNAFORM software, which designed by tailor welded blanks with the same thickness but different materials.The main content of this paper include:(1)The forming quality of tailor welded blanks with different location of weld, and then choose the best of them.(2) Design several typical BHF and VBHF models. Then research the relation between BHF and forming quality, the results show the best BHF is100KN, Descending VBHF could prevent weld from cracking, and Increasing VBHF could inhibit the wrinkling.(3) Study the influence of friction coefficient to the forming quality, when the coefficient is equal at0.125is more appropriate.(4) Predicting the spring back of flow sink after forming. This paper study the defects, such as wrinkling、 cracking and so on, Provide advice for design and produce.
