In Eleventh Five-Yearperiod, China’s environmental protection has made positive progress,but the environmental situation is still grim, Coal-dominated energy structure leads to high totalemissions of atmospheric pollutants, regional air pollution problem has become increasinglyprominent, the type of acid rain has grown from sulfuric acid type conversion to sulfuric acidand nitric acid compound. State Environmental Protection "12thFive-Year Plan" has proposedbinding targets of major pollutants those are sulfur dioXide emissions reduction of8%and10%reduction in total emissions of nitrogen oXides, and further increase the sulfur dioXide andnitrogen oXide emission reduction efforts. It shows the country has put forward higherrequirements for the work of environmental protection and emissions control of NOXfrom fireand atmospheric pollutants. Guangdong is a large province of coal-fired, with the continueddevelopment of the electric power industry, the amount of coal used for power generation willbe bound to increase year by year, atmospheric pollutant emissions will also increase year byyear, therefore, strict control of coal smoke, sulfur dioXide and nitrogen oXide emissions havebecome necessary.In2012, State Department of Environmental Protection has formally promulgated the"thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards”(GB13223-2011), that is with morestringent requirements for dust, SO2and NOXemissions: requirements of the eXisting firepollutant emissions must meet limit indicators those are the sulfur dioXide of less than200mg/m3, nitrogen oXides of less than200mg/m3, smoke of less than30mg/m3. At the same time,the Ministry of Environmental Protection also has presented policy requirements: averagedesulfurization efficiency will require to achieve more than93%, the concentration of sulfurdioXide emissions should not eXceed200mg/m3during the12thFive-Year.In this paper, we have proposed some effective methods through analyzing the principlesand methods of De-NOxemissions for the problem of De-NOxemissions in a domestic300MWcoal-fired units, which are the SCR denitrification system, transformation of De-NOxburners,and combined with transformation of the implementation of the related auxiliary equipments.Through the transformation and performance testing, The results show that it could effectively reduce the units of nitrogen oxides emissions and reach some purposes, which are concentrationof nitrogen oxide emissions below200mg/m~3and the flue gas denitrification efficiency above80%without affecting the premise of safe and economic operation of the boiler body. Theprogram selection, equipment selection, project implementation and performance testingprovide a reference for De-NOxemissions projects of the same type of unit in this project.
