The pharmaceutical wastewater is an important source of industrial wastewater, more complex water quality and higher concentrations caused tremendous harm to environment. Currently, the research on pharmaceutical wastewater treatment process is mostly focused on the antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater, few on nutrition-based pharmaceutical wastewater treatment. This paper committed to the study of nutrition-based pharmaceutical wastewater treatment process, Using Anaerobic-aerobic wastewater treatment process as research object, improving the nutrition-based. pharmaceutical wastewater treatment efficiency as research purposes, based on productive and experimental studies following study were carried out:In the same condition of inflow water quality and reactor structure, the comparative study was conducted on the CODcr removal efficiency by anaerobic floe sludge and anaerobic granular sludge in anaerobic tank. The results indicate that removal efficiency is higher when floe sludge organic load between2.12~3.45kgCOD/m3· d, granular sludge between5.83~10.44kgCOD/m3· d. That is, granular sludge organic load is2times higher than the floc sludge, both CODcr removal is closes.Useing UASB as anaerobic reactors, study the maximum voume load of nutritional type pharmaceutical wastewater treatment in process of start-up and operation. The restlt is that when inflow pH between6.5-7.8, temperature between35~38℃, effluent volat-ile fatty acid lower than7.5mmol/L, the biggest operation volume load will be10.23kgCOD/m3-d, higher volume load will cause harm to UASB reactor.Useding SBR as Aerobic reactor, the operation parameters was optimized. When DO between2~4mg/L, MLSS about4500mg/L, inflow CODcr lower than2000mg/L,effluent CODcr is below300mg/L and reach the secondary standard of "the integrated wastewater discharge standard"(GB8978-1996).The coagulation precipitate be tested to further dispose the aerobic water, considering the CODcr removal rate, cost and precipitation volume, the flocculant were chosed among XF-4、XF-3、PAC、PAFS、AS, and XF-4and PAC is determinate finally.Total dosing quantity is0.8mg/L according to the proportion with1:7, The removal rate reach40%, precipitate volume is10~20%, CODcr remove cost isl.5yuan/ton in coagulation.The study results will provide a theoretical basis for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment plant, and it has some practical guiding significance.
