Avermectin is the Streptomyces fermentation metabolites, and is a kind of product inside the cell, fermented liquid filtering through first, get mycelia of the reoccupy after organic solvent extraction, concentration crystal crafts and drying process get avermectin high purity high-quality goods. This paper to avermectin fermented liquid as the research object, and study the avermectin of the bacteria fermenting liquid filtration, dry, soaks raises, washed, crystal solvents and heavy crystallization process, the process parameters have been optimized.Avermectin filtering processing parameters before culture experiments suggest that the parameters in the temperature of70℃, pH value for5, filter aid agent added amount to1.2%, the filtration rate to reach optimization;42T the actual production display, the optimal process filter rate increased by16.37%, with the original process in2200m3per month processing capacity calculation, the optimal processing capacity will reach3597m3batch, reduce the production cost, improve efficiency and profitability.Through to the bacteria powder moisture content and solvent pH value parameter experiment, the bacteria in the water content of the powder25%, the rate of loss rate and soaks raises more reasonable value; Solvent pH value for four and the best soaks raises, optimized production experimental results than the original process has increased2.65%. Soaks raises effect has been improved.Toluene fluid response surface analysis experiment shows that water, water added0.4times, pH value for5, stirring speed for120r/min water when the effect is good experimental results show that water added water for0.4times, washing the pH value of5.1, stirring speed for123r/min; The optimized test conditions five times to repeat the experiment, the average69.43%for crystal purity, beginning with the original purity crystal process was obviously improved.Use ethanol as solvent crystallization, B1of the original process content is up12.10%, the content of Bib reduced. A heavy crystallization flow and filling water method get crystal yield was77.01%, increased by2.91%than the original process, Bib component fell.After process improvement experiment, compared with the original technology, process the total yield of the original process is up4.72%.
