Oil sludge is one of important pollutants from oil field development and thetransportation and the produce process, which has been listed as hazardous wastes. Solvingand processing the oil sludge is a difficult problem which affect oil field and surroundingenvironment quality. If oily sludge processing has not been dealt with appropriately, it willhave a serious environmental pollution, and organic pollutants have a high toxicity ofenvironment and health. The treatment of oily sludge has become a looming environmentalproblems. Because the difference of each oil sludge types and oil field environment, at presentthe treatment of the sludge measures are also different.In order to seek an effective treatment in yanqing oilfield to dispose the oil solid the, torecycle the oil resources, to achieve the purpose of purifying environment, this study decidedto use chemical hot water washing the treatment method by analysising the composition of oilsolid. In mechanical agitation function, using chemical additives on oily sludge by hot waterwashing received the ideal effect. Because the core of Hot water washing method is screeningand developing the with high receptivity to the oil sludge in yanqing, therefore this studydevelop the new degreasing agent on the basic of chemicals screening of the development.Through the determination of the interfacial tension and the comparison of sludge degreasingeffect, we verified the effect of the new type with the exception of agents, determined thebest proportion of composition with the exception of agents. By using the hot water to washthe degreasing agent in yanqing, we achieved good results. In this study, the author examinesthe cleaning method of temperature, time, washing stir in the process of the pH value, sludgeand the volume of water solution than (solid-liquid ratio), add doses of change on the effectsof the oil sludge washing, determined the best technological conditions.This experiment determined the effect of the interfacial tension solution of washing efficiencythrough determining the interfacial tension of the water in the process of separation. Andthrough the investigation of the interfacial tension, determined the best proportion with theexception of agents for: no.1:no.2:no.3:no.4=3:2:4:1.After examining the process temperature, time, pH value, solid-liquid ratio and add doseof process parameters on the change of oily sludge the effect of washing efficiency, finallydetermined the best technological conditions for temperature of80℃, stirring time1h, pH=10, solid and liquid ratio, add dose1%.Under the optimum conditions, using national standard method and burning method forcomparing, we determined firing as a method for evaluation standard test method. Through washing cycle experiment, the experimental results showed that the elixir cycle use effect wasgood, not only saved potions, and reduced the sewage discharge.
