Oily sludge is a solid waste with complex composition,stable properties,high viscosity,and difficult dehydration,if it is not treated or discharged without meeting the standards,it will cause pollution and harm to the surrounding environment and human health,Moreover,oily sludge has a high oil content,can be used for oil treatment and recycling.Based on the above two points,it is very important to design a reasonable oily sludge treatment process and equipment in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.In this thesis,the oily sludge of Daqing oil field is used as the raw material,and its oil content,water content,mud content,sludge composition,mineral composition and particle size are measured and analyzed,and then orthogonal experiments are used to optimize the oily sludge during the treatment factors and the cleaning agents,demulsifiers and flocculants used in the screening.Finally,a Hertz-Mindlin model was used to establish a discrete element model of freshly mixed oily sludge mixtures,which simulated the mixing process of oily sludge mixtures by a spiral oily sludge mixer,and debug the entire set of equipment before field installation.The results show that the device experimental treatment is performed under the best process parameters and the most reasonable chemical agent conditions,the oil removal rate of the treated oily sludge is more than 86%,and the water content of the sewage oil is less than0.5%,the water quality is clear,the sedimentation speed is relatively fast,and the oil content and suspended matter content meet the standards.The design of the device meets the requirements for reduction and resource utilization of field work in the oil field,it has obvious treatment effect on oily sludge,has high economic benefits,and reaches purification targets.
