In the present thesis, the electro-catalytic activities of the five kinds of organic polymerfilm have been studied by cyclic voltammetry. And a better electro-catalytic organic material,poly diethylene glycolic acid (DA), has been detected. Prepared six modified electrodes wereapplied to the determination of acetaminophen (ACOP) drugs with satisfactory results.Using layer-by-layer self assembly, drop coating and electrochemical polymerizationtechnique, Nafion/GNPs/RTIL/MWNTs/GC electrode, ploy(DA)/GC electrode andploy(CuDB2)/GC electrode were fabricated. Selecting acetaminophen as probe, theelectrochemical performances of acetaminophen (ACOP) on these modified electrodes wereinvestigated by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that Nafion/GNPs/RTIL/MWNTs/GCelectrode showed preferable performances to the determination of acetaminophen. Comparingwith references, it has lower detection limit and higher sensitivity. On the ploy(DA)/GCelectrode, it possessed higher electro-catalytic activity. Under the optimum conditions ofpreparation and experimental, a wide linear range from2×10-8to5.0×10-4M was obtainedwith a correlation coefficient0.9995and detection limit6.7×10-9M (S/N=3:1). Thedetection limit was about one order of magnitude lower than literature. At the same time, thelinear range of9.6×10-75.0×10-4M for ploy(CuDB2)/GC electrode was slightly wider thanthat literatures.Finally, polymer films of ploy(BTC), ploy(BDC) and ploy(mBDC) were prepared by cyclicvoltammetry (CV) technique based on three kinds of aromatic organic carboxylic acid, for the first time. And electro-catalytic activities of the three aromatic organic carboxylic acidpolymer films were discussed, respectively. The results show that these three aromaticorganic acid polymer films have a certain electro-catalytic activity. Their abilities of electrontransfer were different, ascribe to their different chemical structures. Through the testing ofACOP, it demonstrated that they have good electro-catalytic activity. They will provide a newplatform for fabricating electrochemical sensor.
