In this thesis, Gold nanoparticles, nano-ZnO, diglycolic acid (DA) polymer have beenmodified on the glassy carbon electrode by electric polymerization, drop coating method,respectively. Three modified electrodes are prepared, applied to the determination ofacetaminophen (ACOP) drugs, and the results are satisfactory.Firstly, GNPs/GC modified electrode was prepared using cyclic voltammetry. Theelectrochemical properties and electro-catalytic properties to acetaminophen (ACOP) werestudied. The results showed that the electrode had strong electro-catalytic ability, highsensitivity and good selectivity for ACOP drug. With high sensitivity of the electrodemeasured ACOP, the concentration of ACOP of linear range respectively were2.0×10-7~2.0×10-5mol·L-1and1.4×10-4~3.78×10-3mol·L-1, the detection limit was3.6×10-8mol·L-1(S/N=3:1). The recovery was97.7-101.0%.Secondly, nano-ZnO particles were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. Themixture which included the nano-ZnO particles and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) was modified on glassy carbon electrode by drop coating method, that wasnano-ZnO/MWCNTs/GC modified electrode was prepared. The results indicated the modifiedmaterials significantly improved electrochemical properties of glassy carbon electrode. Themodified electrode was used to determine the content of ACOP drug, the results showed thatunder the best conditions, the linear concentration range of ACOP was1.6×10-7~2.0×10-4mol·L-1, the detection limit of7.0×10-8mol·L-1(S/N=3:1). The modified electrode has highsensitivity, fast response and good reproducibility.Finally, MWCNTs and DA polymer films were modified onto the electrode surfacefollowed by drop-coating method and electrical polymerization. Namely, poly(DA)/MWCNTs/GC electrode was obtained. Synergies effect between MWCNTs and poly(DA) increased the electrode surface area and improved conductivity of the electrode.Selecting ACOP as the research object, the linear concentration range was1.1×10-7~1.4×10-4mol·L-1, the detection limit is3.0×10-8mol·L-1(S/N=3:1). The electrode has a highsensitivity, good stability, accurate and rapid measurement, which can be used to determinethe concentration of acetaminophen.
