The test report of the Society of Environmental Professional Committee of the China Association for Science and Technology says:in China, there are more than9percent of the air quality inside car excessive. Car exhaust gases and particles reaches a certain level, the occupants may cause dizziness, headache or vertigo. If the non-woven fabric is installed in the vehicle compartment air conditioning filters, can effectively purify the air inside the car, remove all kinds of harmful and odorous gases to ensure a safe and comfortable interior. Today air conditioner filter has formed a huge industry with an annual output value of more than hundreds of millions of dollars in the global impose continuous development and innovation process.The meltblown nonwoven fiber has very little diameter, large surface area, high porosity, filtration resistance and other characteristics, widely used in gas filtration and liquid filtration. But meltblown nonwoven fabric is limited due to the production process, like low strength and stiffness, it is difficult to separate used directly as the filter material and therefore used in this paper staple hot-rolled non-woven fabric as a base fabric and meltblown nonwoven composite improve the strength and stiffness of the composite filter media.Firstly, a systematic study of the meltblown process, the hot air stretch pressure, polymer extrusion capacity, the receiving distance and peace dynamic number of four important impact factor parameters, the surface density of the product, thickness and fiber diameter for the characterization of the amount, the first single-factor test to study the impact of the law of each parameter change on product performance, and then woke orthogonal experiments, the optimal process parameters.The test results show that the primary significant factors that affect the size of the thickness and areal density is the number of translational. The meltblown process parameters on the impact performance of the fiber diameter as the receiving distance decreases, the polymer flow is reduced and the air pressure is increased, the fiber diameter is decreased, improve the uniformity of the fibers.Secondly, the hot rolling process will be optimized. Sample A3, the impact on the material properties artificially hot rolling temperature, hot-rolled adjustable pressure and hot-rolled three process parameters on sample A3hot-rolled, find the best hot rolling process conditions:hot rolling temperature115℃, hot rolling30s, hot-rolled pressure of1Mpa.Finally, under the best conditions of the hot rolling process, hot rolling all samples that need composite, and test performancce of the samples after composite’s density, thickness, air permeability, pore size and distribution, the filtration efficiency and filtration resistance. The filtration efficiency test showed that:the filtration efficiency is increased with the reduction in the aperture of the fiber diameter, fiber network, with the increase in the thickness increase, filtration resistance is improved with the fiber diameter, and the increase of thickness. For the0.3μm particle filtration efficiency of the meltblown/staple hot rolling at20%to30%staple hot-rolled/meltblown/staple hot rolling, filtration efficiency can be achieved from50%to60%, substantially reaches the design requirements.Comparie performance of sample with A3market similar products, it is known that the development of the sample fiber fineness and average aperture minimum, this is helpful for improving the efficiency of filtering. Ventilation volume is higher,1369.2. Filtration efficiency43.69%, A3filtration resistance26.1Pa, can filter out most of the big size and half of the small size of dust particles, and with the intermediate layer melt-blown nonwoven cloth the increase of the content of filtration efficiency will improve.
