SMS nonwoven material is based on composite nonwoven technology of preparing flexible multilayer fiber materials,is functional composite materials by the spunbonded filament clamping meltblown superfine fiber.With the development of economy,and the improvement of nonwoven technology,people put higher requirements for the comfort of medical material.The development of new micro fiber SMS nonwovens and functional SMS nonwovens has become a hot spot and a breakthrough in new products.The existing studies have shown that reducing the fiber fineness or adding functional master batch is a simple and effective method to improve the fiber softness.(1)The paper based on the study of polymer materials,used polymer rheology and modern testing technology,The microstructure,crystallinity,MFR and apparent shear viscosity of polypropylene chips and functional polypropylene chips were tested,new functional masterbatches were prepared.When the melt temperature was 175?and the the content of EVA was 7%.MFR of PP increased by 240g/10min.(2)Selected polymer suitable for melt spinning,studied on effect of fineness and mechanical properties of nonwoven materials under different process parameters,which about spinning temperature,polymerflow and DCD;effect of different properties of nonwoven materials the chips under the same process parameter,When DCD was 15cm,the rotational speed of the metering pump was 8Hz,the melt temperature is 240?,the fiber fineness of 5%EVA modified chips was 1.03?m,the fiber fineness of 5%S8803 was 1.12?m.(3)Spunbond/meltblown nonwovens are prepared on the large SXMs machines,studie on effects of raw materials and composite processing parameters on mechanical properties and fiber fineness,explored the medical shielding performance of SMS products without finishing.When the spunbond layer added 30%PP elastomer,the mechanical properties of SMS increased by 5 times;when the roll temperature was 120?,roll pressure was 60N,5%S8803 SMS nonwoven products have the best softness.The paper provides a certain theoretical and practical basis for selection polypropylene chips in practical production of spunbond/meltblown nonwovens,and it is great significance for the research and development of super thin,super soft,high elasticity and high strength medical SMS Nonwovens.
