The Residue And Degradation Of Three Fluoroquinolone Antibiotics In Pig Feces

The livestock and poultry goingtoscale and intensive development. A large number of veterinaryantibiotic drugs used in aquaculture industry,and the number is increasing year by year.Few antibioticsaccumulated inside animal’s body,most of them to drug prototype with discharged into the environmentcontinuously.Undoubtedly,Livestock waste the main source of environmental pollution for antibiotic.This experiment optimize the extraction methods of norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin. Theexperiment research the degradation regular pattern of three fluoroquinolone in light and darkness in pigfeces.and survey the effect on degradation of difference concentration、temperature、C/N.The mainconclusion are as follows papers：（1）The experiment optimize the extraction,establish extraction method of three fluoroquinolonein pig excrement.The average recoveries at the three concentrations were at0.05,0.5μg·g^-1and1.0μg·g^-1in spiked pig faeces,NOR:65.7%⁷7.3%,CIP:98.9%¹00.1%,ENR:68.5%⁷3.5%.（2） Investigating the contamination of three FQs in the farmers and livestock farms on NanTong,Survey results are as follows:the amount of residue of three FQs in farmars,respectively,NO-R:ND⁰.002mg·kg^-1,CIP:ND⁰.011mg·kg^-1,ENR:ND⁰.013mg·kg^-1. the amount of residue of threeFQs in livestock farms, respectively,NOR:0.12⁰.42mg·kg^-1,CIP:0.28⁰.67mg/kg,ENR:0.32¹.51mg/kg.the concentation of three fluoroquinolone in livestock is above the farmars.（3） In compost exeriment,set the light and darkness,the ruslts show that three fluoroquinolone ede gradate fastly in light,and hard to degradate in darkness.When the temperature55℃, threefluoroquinolone degradate rapidly with light and C/N=30,the half live time of NOR,CIP,ENR was7.34d,8.62d,5.89d respectively.Without light,the half live timeof three fluoroquinolone was more than one year.
