Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer/Plastic, hereinafter referred to as the CFRP, is a newtype of ultra light composite materials, because of its high strength, Good thermalperformances, corrosion resistance,weathering resistance and the outstanding designability,the outstanding performance is widely used in military and civilian engineering field, such asaerospace, ship, automobile, building and so on. Products since its inception, scholars both athome and abroad have done a lot of research on the production and processing of FRP methodand various forms of product, and most research fields are in glass fiber hand lay-up method,compression molding, laminated method, while relatively few of them are in pultrusionmolding technology introduced from abroad from1970s to1980s.Therefore, this thesisfocuses on the two aspects of the carbon fiber pultrusion molding process and pultrusionprocess, and analyzes and researches the whole process, and pultrusion molding productsystematically. The mainly researches are in the following aspects:1.By contrast research on production technology of the existing fiber reinforced material,I summarize several common composite material processing technology and their respectiveadvantages and disadvantages, and focus on the pultrusion process in detail.2.From the angle of pultrusion resin matrix, analyze the10pultrusion process recipesystematically. I do research on the performances, such as the viscosity of the resin, thermaldynamic performance, gel time and character, the hardness after curing resin matrix,glass-transition temperature and tensile flexural performance and so on, optimizing two kindsof formula for the next pultrusion operation.3.Combining with the practice operation, summarize the experience of pultrusionprocess; Regarding the Taguchi analysis method, design18pultrusion process parameters;According to these parameters, produce and prepare the pultrusion sheet materials, and carryout performance experiments of18products one by one, such as tensile flexural performance,interface bond properties and so on.4.Analyzing the mechanical properties test results of18products with Taguchi method,optimize a set of optimum parameters and produce the products according to these. To detectmechanical properties of the optimal products, do the tensile and anti-fatigue experimentsagain. In this article, it adopts the testing method of3point bending fatigue, contrasting the optimal parameters sheet material and common sheet material life, and runs the tests ofresidual strength of the different laps for optimize products, analyzing the residual strengthcurve.
