We have mainly studied the process of aircraft hydraulic servo valve production.Due to the requirements of the servo valve production technology is very high, the technical research is divided into two parts, the first part is the precision finishing of the outer circle of the valve core; second part is the core of shoulder edge burr suppression technology.We find that when the grinding produced surface fringe angle changes, the new generation process of stripe and old stripes are mutually staggered, the rough parts of the surface finishing degree is greatly improved. So,we conduct the reform of the C616lathe as the principle of development of prototype, it has become the space perpendicular two axis machining lathe. Realization of grinding track finishing have larger interleaving.Then by the orthogonal experiment, we examine the factors that might influence, there are rotate speed of the workpiece, tool rotational speed and feed rate. Finishing the test on the surface of the parts by the C616lathe.As a result, the lathe is feasible and the effect of processing is stable. In the range of investigation, the processing effect of three factors on the workpiece is not within the scope of the study and the surface roughness has decreased. We also find that the unit processing time is longer, the better the effect of processing.Finally, We use the principle of baffle plate method to process the edge of the servo valve spool edge. By this method we found the burr in processing have declined than the original turning edge, and even hardly produced. Test shows that the use of baffles change the deformation conditions of the workpiece edge, which effectively inhibit the formation of burrs. And the baffle plate material should be the same as the workpiece material hardness.Study on the inhibition by finishing and deburring, makes the surface morphology of the servo valve has been improved and the edges without burrs keep sharp. In the future research, we hope to continue to improve our production process Not only make the workpiece surface roughness value is reduced, and the productivity can be improved. And We use the slurry injection method to inhibit the burr.
