Our country is a big country of the textile industry, as the number of employees reached as much as10million, which is an important livelihood industry and international competitiveness of the industry significantly and is one of the major export industries. However, for a long time, the core equipment and its key technology of textile industry in our country has been subject to the restrictions of foreign technical barriers. From the technical perspective such as the original process principle in the high-end textile equipment, basic technology, research and development of key core infrastructure components and high-speed, high efficiency of basic components of driving and system integration, the majority of textile enterprises can only rely on the introduction, digestion, absorption, and the re-innovation mode of organization of production. The computer jacquard circular knitting machine knitting equipment is one of the most widely used devices for knitting equipment. Over the years, high-grade knitted computer circular knitting machine in our country and its core technology-electronic needle controller mainly rely on imports. In this paper, based on needle selection key technologies of the computer jacquard circular knitting machine, a new type of needle selection principle-principle the magnetic levitation drive needles is proposed. The principle uses magnetic levitation theory and technology, not only by the means of axial suspension of knitting needles driven by the electromagnetic-permanent hybrid in order to achieve "electric generation machine", but also by the means of knitting needles directly driven by changing the size of the current and electromagnetic force so as to realize the specific "three power" needle selecting process requirements of computer jacquard circular knitting machine.In this thesis, on the basis of in-depth study on the new floating-election needle principle, a multi-suspended knitting needle trajectory model is established, and the feasibility of magnetic levitation drive needles principle is fully demonstrated not only by the means of using Inventor software to achieve the movement trajectory simulation characteristic curve of the multi-suspended knitting needles but just by the means of three-dimensional digital design. By comparison with the traditional needle selection mechanism of technology, analysis, digital design, the design for the new magnetic levitation from principle design to practical design laid the important theoretical basis and pre-products to carry out a reliability study.Based on the new magnetic levitation drive needles principle of the computer jacquard circular knitting machine, the thesis comprehensive introduces assembly environment, the component mounting process of Inventor software and three-dimensional simulation movement principle of knitting needles, at the same time the new circular knitting machine digitized design puts forward a rational distribution and optimization of the knitting machine, as well as provides a new design method for the multi-suspension knitting needles device applied to the knitting machine.This topic research has changed the traditional knitting machine needles driving principle, and more importantly, the research results can be used for practical design of the prototype of the multi-suspended driver knitting needles, the development of high-performance core of knitting machinery drive. The research results provide the development of the core infrastructure and key parts of suspension driving needle for domestic knitting machinery, such as knitting computerized jacquard circular knitting machine, computer jacquard knitting machine, computer jacquard socks machine and other high-end knitting machinery, and provide basic design theory and design technical reference for the design of the suspended knitting needles drive of NC programming...
