The needle selecting device is one of the key mechanism of jacquard knitting machine,existing jacquard circular knitting machine needle selecting actuator slow movement speed,easy to heat,the cutter head movement lag time consistency,jacquard system with one-way parallel bus mode to realize the control instructions issued,poor anti-interference,often mistake,work the problems of instability,the jacquard needle selecting device principle,working condition and jacquard control system are thoroughly analyzed,put forward a new type of electronic soft magnet by changing the direction to change the cutter head state selector principle of design and the design of control system of magnetic jacquard needle selecting device based on.According to the characteristics and selection of soft magnet magnetic needle work requirements for needle selector fast reversing drive circuit design,the use of embedded technology and fieldbus technology,according to the demand and keep the magnetic needle selector control characteristics of jacquard control system design,control jacquard circular knitting machine of high speed bidirectional serial bus based on the structure,this paper describes in detail drive circuit,control system hardware and software development.The needle matching machine and the jacquard control system work together.The long time test result shows that the system works stably,the speed of the needle selector is normal,and the overall design scheme is reasonable and feasible.The hardware part mainly discusses the main control module,the man-machine module,the driver module of the needle selector and the power supply module of the system.The main control module uses the STM32F205 as the core processor,and its powerful performance ensures the system to run efficiently and steadily.At the same time,in order to transmit data at high speed and reliably,on the data interaction with the master module,the dual port RAM technology based on FPGA is adopted in the man-machine module;and the 24 bit color interface receiver is used on the display of the man-machine interface.The driver selection module of the needle selector adopts the KE06 produced by Freescale as the driver and control chip of the needle selector.Its superior performance fully meets the functional design requirements of drive control,data interaction and storage,alarm detection and so on.As a CAN communication transmission chip,MC34901 makes the data communication between the driver module of the needle selector and the main control module more stable and reliable.In addition,the half bridge driving and control structure not only greatly saves the number of circuits,but also reduces the utilization rate of the I/O port of the drive control chip,and also facilitates the layout and design of the PCB board.In order to obtain the DC 12 V and 5V needed for the system work,the power module uses the power conversion chip to convert the DC 24 V supply provided by the switching power supply.The software part mainly discusses the program framework of each module,the data interaction process between modules,and the function of human-machine interaction interface based on Windows CE embedded system.
